is_enable_common_cache_and_cookies

is_enable_common_cache_and_cookies(); - check whether all copies of human are allowed or forbidden to use the shared cache and cookies.
you can disable or allow dom storage with the command href="http://humanemulator.net/objects/WEB/browser/internal_params/enable_common_cache_and_cookies.php">enable_common_cache_and_cookies

After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :
