getLogCountByLevelFromSQLite($logLevelCode,$startDateStr='',$endDateStr='');
- Get count of log entries by level and period

* $logLevelCode – Log level code [0..5]

* $startDateStr – Start date period (format: dd.MM.yyyy)

* $endDateStr – End date period (format: dd.MM.yyyy)

После выполнения функции возвращаемое значение будет равно одному из двух :

* число (Number of records or -1 on error)

* -1 – ошибка
