set_touch_info

set_touch_info($max_points="",$ontouchevent=""); - set data about the touch screen. Changes navigator.maxTouchPoints and window.ontouchstart (Available from version 4.10.9)

The function accepts parameters as input:

  • $max_points – navigator.maxTouchPoints - when passing an empty string, the default value is used
  • $ontouchevent - window.ontouchstart – when passing an empty string, the default value is used

    After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :
  • true – successfully set
  • false – failed to set
