en:objects:connection:ras:dial_ras

dial_ras

dial_ras($name,$login,$password); - connects to the RAS connection (RAS is a modem connection)

the input Function accepts parameters:

  • $name – connection name (you can find it in the network connection properties) or via get_name_by_number_ras and get_all_connection_ras
  • $login – login (user) of the connection
  • $pasword – connection password

    After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :
  • true – successfully connected
  • false – failed to connect
