get_rotated_angle

get_rotated_angle($inpath,$min=-8,$max=8,$step=1); - Получить угол наклона картинки

Функция на вход принимает параметры:

$inpath – путь к исходной картинке

$min – минимум

$max – максимум

$step – шаг

После выполнения функции возвращаемое значение будет равно одному из двух :

число (значение угла в градусах или -1 в случае ошибки)

-1 – ошибка
